In today's age, it's the same concept yet delivered in a different manner. Technology can be a wonderful thing, if used for the right reasons. In today's episode I talk about adapting to technology changes, especially for people who are getting older. With new AI technology, it can be a challenge to decipher when things are really what we see.    *IMPORTANT - ADULT CONTENT:  I used one or two words that could put me on time out in the chicken coop.
