Zack Bowen and Addie Hall’s paths crossed while working as bartenders in New Orleans. They fell head over heels for one another. Their relationship, while short, was extremely volatile. Untreated mental illness and excessive partying do not make for a harmonious pairing. Their relationship began weeks before evacuation orders were in place for Hurricane Katrina. The two decided to stay behind and endure the storm together and that’s when their romance truly blossomed.
