Happy GratiTuesday, Today’s breath is Extended Exhale breath which Calms, Alleviates anxiety and helps with Focus & concentration. To do it: Inhale for a count of 5, hold for a count of 5, exhale for a count of 10Let’s do this together while I do the counting : Inhale 5, hold, exhale 10Two more times:  Inhale 5, hold, exhale 10Last one:  Inhale 5, hold, exhale 10Continue doing the Extended Exhale breath while I share our nudge for the day. Today’s nudge is: What could go right?That is the way you have to think no matter what it is you are facing. What could go right? Think about a situation where you are already dreading it because of potential, or irrational and often made up outcomes in your head. Now, let’s change that thought to “What could go right?” start thinking about all of the positive outcomes that could come out of this experience. Visualize the positives. Feel those outcomes. Repeatedly think about those positive outcomes. Ask for those positive outcomes. Believe those positive outcomes.
