I couldn't hide my truth anymore and I was willing to face whatever guff I got from anyone who learned I had an abortion. I'd rather have that than continue another day living a lie and hiding what I had done. The same thing is happening to me today as I depart from the Christian faith. I am choosing to live authentically to what I believe to be true rather than pretend to be something I'm not. And 2025 will be me living this out openly and freely.
