Feel like you are spiraling down and out of control? PLEASE talk to someone. You have people in your life who care about you. Give them a call or a text and let them know that you are in need of a friend. Let go of the idea that nobody cares because many people care about you and would like to help you and be there for you when you are feeling down. If you don’t feel comfortable talking about your private affairs to family or friends, then reach out to a professional like a clergyman, counselor or therapist. They are all trained to help people with their personal issues and can offer you guidance and help.
