This week James Young, MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, CSCA joins us to talk about his involvement in the community to help black business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals in the tax space. James has five certifications and is currently working on two more masters degrees and planning to go for his doctorate after. He talks about his journey through all the certifications and how he manages to continue pursing education and learning while not even finishing highschool. James is also active in NABA and other organizations with the intention to help young college students prepare for the work place by making sure they are equipped with resume and interview knowledge. Lastly, we cover some tax implications about LLCs and other business structures that are often overlooked when starting a business.
