A conversation with your NEXT LEVEL SELF (meditation)

This is one of my favourite meditations.  I LOVE having a conversation with my most powerful self ... I love asking her questions, I love seeing what she looks like and I love the moments when I feel like her.BEFORE YOU START:  Grab a pen and paper.  Write out any questions that you may have to ask your next level self (if you have any in advance).    Try as best as you can to find a space where you are uninterrupted for the next 17 minutes.  DURING THE MEDITATION:  If you wish to have a longer period of time in discussion with your next level self you are free to pause the recording in order to do so.  Keep the pen and paper nearby so that you can write down what comes to mind, if you so choose.AFTER THE MEDITATION:   Take some time to reflect on the conversation you have had with your next level self.    What would you like to shift in your life, in order to step into THAT version of yourself right now?Now go do it.   A quantum leap could be around the corer .... ;)  ***1:1 coaching with Sandra: http://www.thefengshuichick.ca/the-levelsTo sign up for The POWERHOUSE (membership): https://www.thefengshuichick.ca/offers/XqxzxUBBIf you're looking for something more and something Sandra ...
