A Dreamer and His Dream - Pilgrims Progress Or The Story of John Bunyan and “THE PILGRIM’S PROGRESS’ Walterick Publishers P. O. Box 2216 Kansas City, KS 66110 Preface An attempt has been made in this volume to reemphasize the sound Scriptural teaching of “The Pilgrim’s Progress” especially to young people, and this is the sole explanation of its existence. Of its many imperfections none is more conscious than the author, but if it leads the reader to a more diligent study of this immortal allegory, and also of Bunyan’s other words, especially Grace Abounding and The Holy War, he will feel amply repaid. The contents of this book appeared originally in a series of weekly articles in “Words of Love,” a Sunday School magazine, and are now sent forth in this complete form with the earnest desire that the blessing of God may attend its reading, and that, as a result, many may be led to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and thus begin the pilgrim journey; and that those who are already treading the celestial highway, may be encouraged to go on for God and to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Preface
An attempt has been made in this volume to reemphasize the sound Scriptural teaching of “The Pilgrim’s Progress” especially to young people, and this is the sole explanation of its existence.

Preface To Second Edition

May “the blessing of the Lord that maketh rich” be upon it, and use it to the glory of Him “Who loveth us and loosed us from our sins in His Own blood”!

Preface To Third Edition
A third edition has become necessary, and is sent forth in larger type, but with the same desire for the glory of the Son of God and the blessing of the reader.
