A Journey To Self-Worth

from Let's Coach with Carolyn - Career Strategist, Leadership and Life Coach · host Carolyn R Owens

Send us Fan MailAll love begins with self-love. Many of us know this, but what we are trained and taught to believe is the exact the opposite. If we show ourselves too much love we are considered selfish, arrogant and even narcissistic. But when we do not love ourselves, it can impact all areas of our lives from our careers and businesses to our intimate relationships. Ultimately we can loose sight of our self-worth and end up in a place of self-sabotage. For many years our guest this week, Amazon Best Selling Author, Personal Development Coach, and Intuitive Healer, Jade Elizabeth, struggled with her self-esteem and self-worth. Being adopted at a young age, spending years feeling unwanted and abandoned,  she often felt alone thinking she was the only one who felt this way.  One day, she took one small step that began to change everything for her. She realized she had to start loving herself for who she really was no longer seeking validation from others. She began a journey of self-discovery that led her to develop a unique process for helping others heal and live full, authentic lives. Join us as Jade Elizabeth shares with us her story and the steps she took to find self-worth and love. As Jade says, "You can accomplish anything you set your mind to. The only secret is, you must choose to."
