VOICES week’s goal is to educate and raise awareness on gender based violence in our Sciences Po community. But all of the profits generated by our event will be donated to the non-profit AFFD. This organization is located in Le Havre and aims to provide shelter and assistance to women victims of violence. In this podcast we will speak with three employees of the organization, who will explain its functioning and give you insights on the role of nonprofits in fighting violence against women. Listen up and perhaps it will motivate you to become a volunteer with them as part of the partnership between AFFD and Voices Week.
