In this first podcast episode of A Leg Up On Life, host Roni Sasaki interviews Jake French. Jake is the very definition of inspiration. As a young man on top of the world with a new college degree and dream job as a forester, his life was suddenly turned upside down by a devastating spinal cord injury that left him a quadriplegic.

Enduring many monumental struggles, Jake was transformed into a man with another dream: to help others face their challenges and realize their dreams. Jake shares from firsthand experience what has to happen to keep organizations and individuals moving forward when life happens.

Today he rocks the stage teaching groups how to add optimism back into the office, and leads teams to bring the best out of each situation, and most importantly, each other. Jake French exudes inspiration. He teaches what fuels it, inhibits it, and the strategies you can use to leverage it.
