Homily for the Third Week of Ordinary Time on January 25, 2026. Human wisdom leaves us divided and groping in the dark, unable to find unity or truth on our own. God answers this darkness not with better arguments, but with a light that comes from outside it: the wisdom of the cross. Only by turning away from ourselves and gazing upon Christ crucified do we find true light, true unity, and the courage to endure the trials of this life.
