A Love Letter To Myself

I have sat down and written myself a love letter and, you’ve guessed it, I will be sharing with you the contents of this letter in this latest episode.This episode is split into two parts; the first being tools I’ve adopted, used, continue to use, and am learning to incorporate into my life to ensure I am being my true authentic self.The second part is the love letter to myself, an exercise I’ve started adding to my healing journey in order to have a place to show personal love.
