How amazing it is to know our mind is able to communicate with itself? Communication is always two way and open as long as there is rapport. Building and maintaining rapport in our minds is vital because without it we fall in to conflict, confusion and chaos.  Many of us may be unaware of what the information our Unconscious mind is taking in and accepting as a command from our conscious mind. Through repetitive exposure from countless communication platforms, we can be seeded with beliefs or ideas that are not genuinely our own. They become thought patterns and then habits. And we wonder, "Why did I do that?" or "How did I get to be like this?" We experience this when we 'impulse' buy products we don't need. Or when make a judgement about a person we've heard a lot about but haven't met, causing us not to see or accept the reality of that person. Including ourselves. Being faithful, flexible and forgiving in the mind can not only protect you but elevate the quality of your life whenever your mind is in use - which is always! Try out some of these language tools and let me know how they work for you. Or how they may have helped you observe where your heart's at.
