A Message To The American Resistance

One year into the 47th president’s administration, the harm isn’t abstract. It has names, families, paychecks, hospital bills, and empty chairs at kitchen tables. In this episode, I walk through what accelerated fast: deportations and ICE escalation, the collapse of healthcare protections, sweeping Medicaid and SNAP cuts, attacks on labor and reproductive freedom, and the erasure and targeting of transgender lives.But this is also a record of what they don’t want us to remember: millions of people showing up, lawsuits that won, sanctuary coalitions holding the line, rapid response networks stopping deportations in real time, mutual aid moving money and resources directly to the people who needed it, and neighbors stepping in when institutions failed.If you’re exhausted or scared, you’re not imagining it. The harm is real. And so is survival. This episode is a dispatch from the resistance, and a reminder that we don’t just endure. We organize.
