A mother denied homecare for her disabled son

An exhausted mum of teen boy with rare genetic condition who was denied home care help says her son has been failed by the HSE. 16-year-old Kielan Kenny suffers from Q22 - deletion syndrome, which involves heart, immune, learning, speech, and/or behaviour difficulties. His mother Karin is now pleading for steps taken to support her and her family in caring for Kielan.
