ACAB or Unleash the Cops?

Summary

There's been a lot of talk about what to do with the homeless recently.  I call up Magnus Panvidya to ask his opinion on the matter because he not only has been hasseled by the cops, he's also been homeless.  Have I overcorrected on the anti LEO rhetoric or should we disagree with the Rothbard approach to the homeless?
