Accountability: In the Black Community

Today’s episode is an instant classic because our topic is Accountability in the black community.  Who should be held accountable for the struggle of black people? Do we hold ourselves accountable? Should we hold ourselves accountable? Accountability: an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions. "This term, accountability, I believe is so important to the advancement of our people. Sometimes I wonder, And Im young in the game, Ive only actively been doing work in the community for about 5 years now. But in my 5 years, when I think back and reflect: I sometimes wonder, do the leaders in the black community REALLY want our people to advance and solve our issues, or do they just enjoy padding their pockets, and gaining power at the expense of their own people." ~ Anthony W.
