Today we shared some thoughts on accountability and support. What does the word accountability mean for you? Pam shares a story about herself at five years old, wanting to be a good girl and perfect. What expectations do you feel you must live up to? We talk about responsibility and our part in moving forward and making changes. We speak about the Cha Cha Cha of change and how it won’t look the way we think it will look. As coaches, we are not the ones in charge, and we don’t tell others what they need to do to change. As coaches, we support others to lead themselves, take small steps, experiment with new ways of being, and begin to show up for themselves.
