Heute mit dieser Folge geht es um wunderschöne Affirmationen zum Thema mentale und körperliche Gesundheit. Eine positive Affirmation ist eine bejahende Aussage, die über einen längeren Zeitraum immer wieder wiederholt wird. Affirmationen sind sehr einfache, klare und positive Sätze. Der Begriff geht auf das lateinische Wort Affirmation zurück, was so viel wie „Versicherung“ bzw. „Beteuerung“ bedeutet. Sie dienen dazu, das Unterbewusstsein mit neuen Informationen zu versorgen. Ziel ist es, mit ihrer Hilfe Blockaden zu lösen, festgefahrene und hindernde Gedankenstrukturen zu entfernen und neue positive, Gedankenmuster zu schaffen. Sie gilt als eine effektivste Technik des Mentaltrainings. Mein Name ist Ulrike Staiger und ich bin Coach für gesundes Lebensmanagement. Der Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit ist die Stabilität der mentalen und körperlichen Gesundheit eines Menschen zu erhalten und auch wieder in Balance zu bringen.
