In het Van Cappellenzaaltje spreken Siebe Thissen en Mieke van der Linden met kunstcritica Sandra Smets over het tegelwerk van de Rotterdamse wederopbouwkunstenaar Kees Franse, dat naast de Artiestenfoyer prijkt. Jeroen Erosie die in 2019 de muren van het opgeknapte zaaltje bewerkte met prachtige vormen vertelt over hoe ontwerpbureau 75B hem bij de restyling van de plek betrok. En hoe muurkunst van nu onderdeel lijkt te zijn geworden van de gentrificatie van de stad.
