Intro: The ninth African Development Forum is currently underway in Marrakech, Morocco and ends on Thursday, the 16th of October 2014. The forum focuses on the theme “Innovative Financing for Africa’s transformation” and the discussions will be related to innovative financing mechanisms on the continent. Various areas that will be covered will include domestic resource mobilization, illicit financial flows, private equity and new forms of partnership.
