Alessia is the owner and founder of Beyond the Plate Food Tours, a food tour company based in Jersey City, Somerville and Red Bank, New Jersey. She’s been guiding people to some of the best food and drinks in the Garden State for more than 8 years now and left her full-time, benefits and all job, 6 years ago to focus on the company full-time.
