In her early 20ies she pioneered alternative dance in the UK, she has always used her unique experiences to innovate and inspire women.In 2014, the fast-paced life that once fueled her began to take a toll. Recognising the need for change, Alexe embraced a new journey of self-discovery. This path led her to Yoga Nidra, body astrology and cyclical living, practices that transformed her approach to wellness and life.Today, Alexe is dedicated to helping others find balance and empowerment through these ancient practices.
