Interviews de Nicolas Machard, fondateur de « Pour de Bon », une place de marché digitale qui propose les produits alimentaires frais et secs provenant de 400 petits producteurs et artisans français et Emmanuel Vasseneix, Président de la Laiterie de St Denis de l’Hôtel et à l’origine de la marque du consommateur « C’est qui le patron ».  Nicolas Machard et ses équipes sélectionnent rigoureusement des producteurs engagés à fournir des produits alimentaires de qualité et à utiliser des méthodes agricoles adaptées à la préservation de leur environnement.  Emmanuel Vasseneix, dont l’entreprise conditionne les différents liquides alimentaires (lait, jus de fruit, laits végétaux) est particulièrement sensibilisé à la valeur ajoutée pour les producteurs . Avec eux, en partenariat avec la distribution, il propose de garantir un prix décent pour maintenir des productions de qualité en France.
