This episode is all about “L-O-V-E”. All about understanding love as an action rather than a feeling, exploring where we first learned “love” and why we look at it the way we do. Understanding the journey of self-love, loving others fully, self-actualization + wholeness, and breaking down how worthy we see ourselves to allow love to come into our lives. This is a discussion that challenges us to look at how modern society has molded us into viewing love in ways that does not humanize our being until we are able to go beyond just the love we give ourselves.
