Ancient wisdom for modern times 1: Intuition and Greek Mythology with Lauren Gray

In the first episode of Season 2, I am speaking to Lauren, a wonderful yoga teacher and amateur mythologist. Lauren joins me as I start my deep dive into the importance of ancient wisdom in modern times. This is such a joyful conversation and we have a LOT of fun pulling cards from  Lauren’s oracle deck and discussing Ancient Greek goddesses. We discuss what archetypes are and consider cultural appropriation versus cultural appreciation. We learn how Lauren developed a love of Greek gods and goddesses and hear the depth of her knowledge through the card pulls. We also think about how connecting to the universal energy of archetypes help us to better understand ourselves. We deep dive into some of our favourite mythological figures and compare them to other lineages to see the commonality and what they can individually teach us.
