Break Up Poetry (Move On Better)
12/28/2017
Break Up Poetry http://seedz.twstid.com Artist: Twstid Produced by: Xavior Jordan Album: Seedz (Track 2) Publisher: The AMPM Faction "I have been waiting for a long time to release Break Up Poetry (Move On Better). Break Up Poetry (Move On Better) means more to me than any other song that I have made. I was in a very dark place while writing Break Up Poetry (Move On Better) and it is amazing that a song so beautiful came from something like a break up. For many people, going through a break up is a part of life. I think of Break Up Poetry (Move On Better) as a poem more than a song - hence the title Break Up Poetry. A Break Up can be very hard to deal with. I can cope by writing poetry and turning the poetry into songs. In a way I started rapping and making songs by changing my converting my poetry to rap (or Hip Hop) songs. With this song in particular the message is pretty clear. Move On Better. I interpreted the phrase Move On Better in several ways: 1. To Move On Better can mean: to move on better than you already are. This requires you to already be moving on. You can’t Move On Better if you aren’t already moving on. Some may ask “how do I start moving on?”. That’s unique for each person. BUT once you have that question answered, MOVE ON BETTER. 2. To Move On Better can mean: to use your craft (for example writing break up poetry) to cope with your feelings, then level up within your craft while doing it. Moving on better in this way turns a negative to a positive. It also helps you progress your life after something so heartbreaking happens. 3. To move on better can mean: to move on from the relationship, or past the break up, better than the other person. I moved on better by writing poetry and turning it into a song that is making me money from streams. Some people may move on better by finding a new person to dedicate their time to. Another person may may move on better by focusing on their schoolwork or their job. Whatever you do, MOVE ON BETTER. Why, because it's a contest. You better win." - Twstid "Break Up Poetry (Move On Better)" was recorded at the Atlanta University Center (AUC), home of several HBCUs: Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, and Morris Brown. Twstid was a student at Morehouse College utilizing the recording room/studio within the Robert W. Woodruff Library (AUC Library). Though Break Up Poetry (Move On Better) is just now being released (January 6, 2018), "Break Up Poetry (Move On Better)" was first recorded in April 2016 beginning the creation of the Seedz EP. "Break Up Poetry (Move On Better)" can be found with the rest of the Seedz EP on all major streaming platforms (Tidal, Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, etc.) as well as mixtape websites (AudioMack and DatPiff). Break Up Poetry (Move On Better) lyrics can be found on the Genius website (RapGenius). (https://genius.com/Twstid-break-up-poetry-move-on-better-lyrics) Twstid was born in Warner Robins, Georgia on October 3, 1994. Many also know him as JT which is short for Justin Terrell. Twstid's love for music began at the age of eight when he began playing the violin. While playing the violin he learned many concepts within music theory that allowed him to begin producing his own music. Throughout elementary and middle school he wrote many poems for, and about, girls that he would encounter in school. Eventually he started to identify the poems as rap verses and began to rap the poems. He wrote, produced, and recorded his first song at the age of twelve. Since high school Twstid has been striving to be the first Warner Robins rapper to have the Middle Georgia city established within the hip-hop world.

NOCLIP
WELCOME TO NOCLIP! We are a fortnightly, book club-styled podcast in which we attempt to go in-depth on an individual video game and figure out what makes it unique. Episodes are around an hour to an hour and a half long and primarily feature free form discussion on themes and mechanics present in each episode’s titular game. Bear in mind that we are not reviewers, so as far as we critique the games at hand, our intent is not to convince you to play any particular work. SPOILER WARNING: Given the depth at which we intend to cover the games in question, those which feature a story, plot, mechanical surprises, fun moments you may not have heard about or otherwise will be fully discussed, likely at length. Given this, it is advised that you go into each episode with the understanding that these elements will most likely be spoiled. If you are sensitive to that sort of thing, we recommend that you either play the game before listening to the podcast, or skip the episode altogether. (Though
