Jesse makes innovative gear, shoots IDPA and USPSA competitively, and has a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.   You may recognize Jesse’s gear from Tacticool Girlfriend and his Instagram. Jesse explains to us his minimalist design philosophy and the challenges in being a “leftist” gear maker. And right now, there’s a lot of challenges in starting a business making quality gear.   A conversation with Jesse wouldn’t be complete without discussing competitive shooting. Jesse’s excellent at it, but even for a newer shooter, hear him explain why it’s a good way to challenge yourself and hone your skills.
