Andrea Bartlett - Career Cushioning

Building a career that is focused on people, Andrea believes that businesses should understand their employee journey as well as they know the client journey and product roadmap. Andrea brings Human Resources experience in both public and private organizations, in industries including wholesale distribution, financial services, hospitality, biopharmaceutical R&D, and technology. Working alongside Founding and Executive team members, Andrea has extensive experience in People & Talent, specializing in the areas of talent management & recruiting strategy, people operations, total rewards, organizational design & scaling, retention & talent development, and leadership training & coaching. She is currently the Vice President, People & Organization Development at Lillio (formerly HiMama), where she leads a team of People & Talent professionals, excited about bringing high-quality tools to the early childhood space.  

In her spare time, she provides fractional HR support to small businesses, is an Expert in Residence (EiR) with the DMZ (Digital Media Zone) Innisfill office, and the Rogers Cybersecurity Catalyst program. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Toronto Metropolitan University, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA).
