Being four middle aged men, we think it's fair to say that we absolutely had to cover mens mental health and there was no other way to do so than with the help of Richard from the men's mental health charity Andy's Man Club. Being friends for literally decades not only means we have lots to share, it also means we are not scared to have a good laugh at each others expense, what else are friends for.
