Anger Over Tonbridge Car Park Changes

Julia Neal reports on concerns that new charges to use car parks in Tonbridge will hit businesses there. Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council says it must start charging for parking in the evenings and on Sundays to boost its revenue. Meanwhile, a plan by the Conservative led council to expand a car park by tarmacing over a green space near the Castle has run into trouble.
