Today, I’m talking to J.L. Keez – mother, teacher, writer, Reality Therapy Certified Counsellor and Director of Anorexia Unlocked. J.L. has been on a journey in recovering from anorexia nervosa, along with suicidal depression, chronic fatigue, debilitating migraines, OCD and depersonalisation. J.L. openly shares her story and her journey in healing, and the many roadblocks along this route. Today, she has made a full recovery from anorexia and supports others to do the same. J.L. has created Anorexia Unlocked – an online support programme for recovery, bringing together her expertise as a therapist and her personal experience. She has also written a book, 'Anorexia Unlocked, Understanding your Story Through Mine', which is out in November.
