Antidepressants? (My Thoughts)

So over the past few days there's been two occasions where I've been asked about antidepressants, and I wanted to share a few of those thoughts on this quick episode. In other episodes, I've been honest about my opinions about antidepressants but I wanted to reframe them in this video.For me, antidepressants and medication for mental health is needed.
