Antisocial Childhood, Inexpensive Luxuries and Lessons From Poverty

from So Boom

In this episode we get real financial and economical. We start off with talking about my antisocial phase and an embarassing middle school FaceBook story. Then we get into a few things that feel expensive but is not including traveling and eating healthy. Since there are so many things that could be considered expensive but is not and I think more people should be aware of this for I truly believe the best things in life are free. This lead into the conversation around how poverty impacted me and a bit of my financial background. We get deep into how I grew up, the joys of being lowkey poor in East Oakland, and the realization that money does not determine the level of happiness and joy you can get out of an experience - mindset does. I hope you enjoy!
