April 22, 2025 Daily Reading- Read the Bible in 1 Year

Thank you for joining me as we learn about the connection between  Passover, First Fruits, and Shavuot (Pentecost) today. As part of  understanding and observing the festivals that God has appointed for us  to observe we count the Omer today and then we will have our daily Bible  reading session!   Here is the link for a downloadable devotional if you would like to  count the Omer for yourself. In our daily application discussion today we will talk about speaking up for people who can't speak for themselves. We will talk about the fact that  this can be ANYONE, including men, women, and children, not just people  who are considered poor. We will be reminded of the book of Esther, where her Uncle Mordecai encourages Queen Esther to speak up for all of  the Israelites, since it could very well be for a time such as this that  she was placed into a position that allowed her to do so. In the same  way, let us be on the look out for times when God has placed us into  positions that allow US to speak up and speak out for those who cannot  do so themselves. If not us, then WHO?
