When's the last time you should on yourself?  You know "I should fold that laundry, should workout more, should eat less sugar, should go to bed earlier", etc...

Well that was me this weekend: "I should carve a pumpkin."

I didn't want to carve pumpkins, I actually despise the act. 

BUT... listen in to my powerful realization on how carving pumpkins with the fam actually led me to feel the way I want to feel with my family... so maybe the should got me to do the thing, but it ultimately felt more "good" than "should".
