Are you making your life shorter? - Secrets of a Long Life - with Archangel Michael

In this episode of Quantum Healing with the Angels, we have an in-depth discussion with Archangel Michael about healing and about how to deal with both negative people and negative energy. We discuss dealing with the negative, the ways our minds work, and how to fight back against negative energy. We also discuss how to deal with negative people and negative situations in your life, as well as how to change your life path, your life agreement (the Angels do not like to call it a contract) and other information about how we create our lives. Michael explains how the choices we make affect our lives profoundly, literally changing how long we live on the earth.  I thought a lot about this after the channeling. It took a while for me to understand, but, my thinking is that negative energy tries to create a loop or a pattern of expectation by repeating painful events a few times....or maybe even one time is enough. After that, we start to actually expect that negative event, and if we expect something negative could happen, we literally open a door for that negative energy to come in and to do the same thing every time. Then, essentially, we begin to create a pattern of repetition. We almost create that experience ourselves by thinking it would happen or it might happen, and then experiencing it over and over. In that way we make it very easy for the negative to do what they do. But, if we don't think about it at all and we have no expectations, it will not continue to happen. We are always creating, we are always creating everything, and sometimes it is easy to forget about our creative ability.
