Arizona Wine Monk

You have never met anyone quite like the Arizona Wine Monk. The way he dresses, the way he talks, and just the way he presents himself. He is a truly unique individual and I am so glad that we have him here in Arizona to helps us all understand wine a little bit better. In this episode co-host Chris Dodson and I sit with with the Arizona Wine Monk. In fact this whole episode was put together by Chris and he took the reigns of the interview. I pretty much sat back and Googled all the new words I was learning. The centerpiece of our conversation is the recently released Sangio Cerveza from Arizona Wilderness. Sangio Cerveza is a 51% beer 49% Wine hybrid with aged hops, fermented and matured in a french oak foeder on two tons of Sangiovese wine grapes from Dos Cabezas Wine Works. Its pretty awesome. We also learn a lot about Arizona wine, wine in general and the Monk himself. Enjoy the show!
