Congress has returned from its August recess with gun control expected to be front and center for lawmakers in the coming days. Will the push for more federal gun laws lead to an increase in the number of "2nd Amendment sanctuaries" around the nation? Cam speaks with David Campbell, the commissioner in Effingham County, IL, which was the first in the nation to declare itself a 2A sanctuary about the future of the movement.
