Paul manages, leads, and advises his diverse team of over 150 surveying professionals and is responsible for the division’s profitability, sales performance, training initiatives, technical operations, and administrative functions. Beyond managerial responsibilities, Paul oversees staff requirements, adherence to state board regulations, strategic planning, business development, business growth, quality control, client satisfaction, financial stability, training programs, and risk management. Paul’s commitment to GPI Geospatial is at the core of his mission to establish an effective organizational structure within the branch that caters to the needs of the staff, project requirements, and client demands. Paul enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends outside the office. He also enjoys spending time in the kitchen, trying new recipes, and discovering new flavors to unwind after a long day.
