ATU Sligo has been told to prepare plans for development of affordable student housing.It's part of a new scheme to improve access to accommodation for third level students.The Higher Education Minister says the aim is to ensure housing does not become a barrier to accessing degrees or training.Minister Simon Harris says it doesn't necessarily have to be new builds:
