August 25, 2024: "God Is My Faithful Ally" with Anna Robertson

Preaching for the 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time, Anna Robertson offers a reflection on the fullness of God's faithfulness and promise to all people - and particularly women: "When the Church’s failures to honor my dignity threaten to undermine my sense of God’s fidelity to me, I look to the women who followed and continue to follow Jesus. They—you who are listening now—have been leading me back into trust that the fullness of God’s promises pertain to me. We do that for one another." Anna Robertson is Director of Distributed Organizer at Discerning Deacons. In the past, she has served as Director of Youth and Young Adult Mobilization at Catholic Climate Covenant and Campus Minister for Retreats at Seattle University. She has a Master’s of Theological Studies from Boston College Clough School of Theology and Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Xavier University in Ohio.
