This podcast has been successfully running for quite some time now and I'm beginning to think it would be an excellent idea to share the information we have here on the other platforms, like Instagram and youtube. I have a lovely audience there and I share lots of bits of life with autoimmune illness but seldom package it up like that... so... shall we bite the bullet and go down that route?
