Aviva Communities: building a more inclusive organisation

In this episode, we talk to six of our Aviva Communities co-chairs to find out how they're working towards making Aviva a more inclusive organisation. Recorded late last year, we wanted to find out what their communities have achieved, what made them want to volunteer to be a co-chair, and to give them and their communities a little bit of time in the spotlight.
