Most people are holding emotions in their bodies from lack of expression. repressing their feelings, or numbing themselves can be a direct cause of their illnesses, depression, or anxiety. Some people may simply deny their feelings by redirecting emotions into different parts of the body which causes illness to begin. Not addressing your energy narrows your ability to be present. The lack of presence leads to becoming out of balance which opens the door to illness. As you work with Reverend Emmanuel to clear your blockages, emotions and/or pain will come to the surface. This is the start of your healing journey. Often the effects of a session are not felt for hours or even a few days afterward. For some people, the effects are immediate and can range from a low-grade fever, agitation or minor pain, that can be accompanied by an emotional release of fear, anger, rage, sadness, or self doubt. Because everyone’s process is different, sessions can range from as little as 10 minutes to as long as several hours or even broken up over a few days.  Sessions spaced over a few days are still counted as one session.  Reverend Emmanuel does this to move the layered blockages to minimize the detoxification effect on you and allow the energy to move out more comfortably. Over the years, Reverend Emmanuel has come to understand that not everyone wants to or is ready to truly heal. He may give homework to help you align with your integrity and harmony within.
