Dan shares another great book that we should all read - The Checklist Manifesto: How to Get Things Right by Atul Gawande. Having a checklist doesn't seem to really be a big deal. A great quote from the book that Dan shares, "Do everything 1% better". Do everything 1% better and once all of these would add up, it will result in a massive progress over time. How do we level up? Maybe we are better than everybody around is, but the idea of leveling up says we are still gonna take it to that one next bit of brilliance.
