My chat with local blues DJ, Sherri Jones, reveals her passion for blues music, music in general, and her journey through life, which led her to work with John Lee Hooker and community radio in the SF Bay Area. In addition to her vast knowledge of the local blues scene, Miss Jones has a deep understanding of the national blues scene.  Additionally, she serves on the executive board of the John Lee Hooker Foundation and the Fountain Blues Festival, which both strive to promote the blues and work within the community mentoring school-age musicians.Let's take a listen.
