Honesty time… Think about the worst boss you’ve ever had.  Were you micromanaged, ignored, were your talents underutilized and unappreciated? A lot of entrepreneurs leave crappy bosses to start their own businesses.  What if you end up being the same crappy boss in your own business? Leadership and management are different, but both necessary.  Leadership is tied to influence and motivating others to add value to the company.  Management is about controlling an individual or group to achieve specific goals.  You may be doing both, or just one or the other.
