I've watched her blossom into an incredible entrepreneur and launch her own line of technical performance wear: Matek. We talk about what being Jewish means to her and how her Isreali mom gave her some early hair memories that have stayed with her to this day. We reminisce about high school where she began 'plucking the shit out of her eyebrows' and straightened her hair religiously. But her look evolved as she got older, she went to Boulder in Colorado for college and began wearing snapbacks and Vans. We talk about forgoing fast fashion, falling in love with skiing and starting Matek. We get into why she doesn’t wear makeup (jealous) and her hair struggles.
